They consistently mess up little things. I just ignore it because, that's everywhere. But today I ordered a supersonic burrito. It was all wrong. Nothing was diced. They had about a third of a sausage patty on it. Forgot the tater tots. Forgot to put picante sauce in the bag. I drove back to the store and asked them to remake it, which isn't something I've ever done anywhere. Asked them to dice the tomatoes, scramble the eggs, dice the sausage. Just make it how it's supposed to be. It came back over 10 minutes later, this time with two halves of a sausage patty, a big fried egg, and two slices of tomato. Honestly it felt spiteful to me. I brought it home and diced it up on a cutting board and popped it in the microwave. Took me all of 30 seconds. I've complained to the store before about food missing from my order, that's why I'm leaving a bad review this time. I've already contacted the franchise owner before, I shouldn't have to get to know the owner of the Sonic on a first name basis just to get the food I pay for.

Pressed the red button and waited over 5 minutes to place my order while they took orders from cars that pulled up after me.

No complaints on food or services but so many of the menu boards are not working. At least they can do it set a cone in the spots that are broken. Tonight I pulled into 3 broken spots in a row all broken. You can’t tell it’s down until you pull all the way up. It’s so easy to put a cone or something signaling which stalls are broken. This issue could also be a safety concern in my opinion like tonight when the rain created a visibility issue. And I had to pull my truck in and out of 3 stalls before finding a working one.

The food is fine, but half the touchscreens you're supposed to order on are broken, and half of the ones that are actually on are so poorly calibrated that you can't actually tap anything. Avoid if you can.

I have mixed emotions about this sonic, the morning staff are super fast, food is hot, I can order instantly with no problems I give the morning workers 5 stars they are great,Now the afternoon I will never waste my time going during that time it takes forever for someone to even answer the last three times i waited over 30 minutes vefore just leaving and on the very fee times they do answer they ask you to move multiple times for reasons I will never understand and food takes forever to come out.
