After resurfacing the head of my BMW and putting it all back together with new gaskets ($300 job done personally) I took the car to this shop to have the starter replaced because it went out. He somehow left the lower radiator hose unhooked which caused the car to overheat just over a mile from the shop and left grease handprint on headliner. He quoted me one price, charged another and gave a recipet for a 3rd cost, and was 3 days past his quoted time frame. When he worked for skip he sold me the wrong size disa valve after i had the shop double check before i bought it. Never used any shop since

I had a timing belt service done on my Toyota.Price was cheaper than quoted which was nice but after 3 unsuccessful tries to get a itemized receipt i gave up.It gave me a feeling of how was the quality of the work done if I couldn't get a receipt.Will go somewhere else next timeService: Engine repair

My Volvo desperately needed repair. I called for an estimate and she told me she would get the numbers together and call me back in a few minutes. Not only did she not call me back, my 2 additional messages were not returned. So either they cannot perform the service that I needed or they are doing so great that they do not need your business. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Wife's Lexus had the starter fail over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and they got it right in. Had it ready to go a few hours later. Great service. Fairly priced. Will use them again. Thanks Smith Family!
