Bryson was exceptional and was very accommodating. When me and my wife tried out the bed we were interested in, unknown to us my wife's wallet fell out onto the floor under the bed. After we left and had paid for the bed, Bryson was so thoughtful he called me and told me he had found her wallet after cleaning up near closing time and stayed open for me to pick it up. He was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy. Thank you Bryson! Please give him a raise!

Drew was our guy!! He did an excellent job on selling us a sleep number bed. And we cant wait for it to get here next week.Ask for Drew you wont be disappointed!

Let me be clear that the sales people at this store were great! That is were it ended. This was the worst experience of my life. The delivery was a mess with them canceling twice only an hour before the scheduled time to arrive. The manufacturers customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and the people are completely rude. If it wasn’t for the fact that this adjustable base is non refundable, I would be returning everything based off my experience. So sad that almost $10,000 spent on a bed and people treat you like you’re a worthless idiot. Maybe I am for spending that much (especially now, knowing how they treat their clients), but I truly thought this would help my immense pain problems.

Absolutely loved my experience. Although it takes a little while, it was worth it. I had gone in intending to only check out pricing, but when we laid down to test it, we were sold. Ed did a great job showing us beds we'd like and we never felt pressured at all. Note: their beds are expensive, but they have reasonable financing options and this is an investment in better sleep for better health, which I'm desperate for.

Great customer service. Didn't feel rushed. Lots of variety offered. Was there to pick out a new pillow. It's an investment but sleep is important!

It was an interesting experience. We found the bed that we like and was told about the option of a Warming Pad that we can get later down the road. The ppl there were easy to talk to, they weren't to pushy and they allowed us to make our own decisions --- which was very Appreciative. (Thank you)

WOW!The manager Donna, she flat out knows her job, and she will put you at ease immediately. From the moment she started my sleep number levels she made me feel so relaxed I literally went to sleep, the bed is completely comfortable. Now I have it in my home, from the first night I haven't ever been able to fall asleep on my back, with the special pillow supporting my head and neck, I'm asleep In moments.
