The worst experience. I would choose the Simmons bank on Oak street versus Salem. Every time I have a problem with my debit card or account it’s always something. “Our machine is out of ribbon so we can’t make debit cards.” “The person that does accounts is gone for today.” Literally. I was out of a debit card for two weeks! I’m honestly thinking about switching banks overall. However, as far as customer service goes, Oak street for the win!

bank never answers there phone. i don't understand why they even put there number on the page if they aren't going to answer.

Always issues cashing a check, always issues having the account credited after cash deposits, and always sorry attitudes. Please fire everyone and start over using Oak Streets branch model. They are much friendlier and more willing to help.

I've been banking there for 15 years, and have done everything from checking and savings accounts to home loans. They've been consistently helpful and very friendly.

Every time I make a deposit through the ATM at this bank, it takes them all day to put it into my account. The first few times I did this my money was in my account by 8/9 am. Now they always give the excuse that they're under staffed and don't have time to check the ATM. Well I have things I need to get done which is why I deposit my money the day before otherwise I'd just hold my check and go to a different bank when I have time. Ridiculous.

Extremely dissatisfied. I brought in a bit of change and at first they completely denied me service. It was only $26 in mostly quarters. After asking several times to be exchanged, she finally took my money, whilst exclaiming how unhappy she was to do it. So I cancelled my account, got my change money, and I'll be happy to never set foot in this piece of garbage attitude bank ever again.
