“Nice selection, and they had the shoes I'd been looking for at my regular Shoe Carnival. The associates were excellent, making sure to check on customers. I wish I had gotten the cashier's name, because she was a gem. I was there on Sept 6th, around 11am, and she was the only cashier at the time. The store was clean and well organized. I wish this was still the store I shopped at, because the Shoe Carnivals in Texas can't hold a candle to the store in Conway.”

“About 80% off all my Nike clothing and shoes come from Hibbett. It would have been 5 stars if I actually received my Nike Metcon 5's I ordered last month. I wanted to order another color in the Metcon 5's, but I don't think I will get the shoes. It also took almost two weeks to get my money back. I have never had so many problems with Hibbett before.
Over all I will still shop with Hibbett, but I probably won't order anything for a while. I live in AR and it is alot more stuff on the website than in the store.”
