“The young man that was working the front desk was so nice. He had the best personality and talked to each customer like he had known them his entire life. You don’t see that kind of service in today’s world and it is a pleasant reminder that there are good and caring people in this world. That young man has a great future ahead of him. “Gina was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with the shipment I needed to send to Canada. We had to list every single item, which I know was a lot of work for her, but she remained so thoughtful throughout the entire process. Even though it was already past closing time, she never rushed me and continued to put my needs and waiting time above the effort she was putting in, which really stood out to me.
