We have used Rushers for several collision repairs and have been very happy until the warranty is called up. He has always said he will warranty the paint. After several years, the paint started fading. We took it in to Rushers and the owner said he would not cover that repair. He stated, "poor maintenance". She washes the car almost monthly and waxes it more than twice a year. We were shocked to hear this!We took it to McLarty Collision for repair and they said he should have covered that paint repair, it would have been covered if it was done at McLarty. It was very sad to hear about all the short cuts Rushers took while McLarty was making repairs.Service: Painting

He always goes out of his way to help. Had a couple of vehicile repaired there over the years.. Jeff is a wonderful man who cares more about the customer, than helping the insurance company lower cost.
