Ordered online and and found out after the size I wanted was out of stock. Ryan’s customer service is amazing! He sent two other sizes for me to try and a paid return envelope for what didn’t fit. The shirt is great quality and so cute too. Earned a repeat customer for sure!!

The most kind, knowledgeable, wonderful folks there. Responds to emails quickly and answers any questions you have not to mention the fact that they have the best Arkansas apparel by far. This ain’t Walmart Razorback stuff!! Love this place!!

I ordered a couple t-shirts from this awesome Arkansas based business and the hem of one of the shirts began unraveling upon first wash. Sent an email with a picture of the shirt attached to Ryan and I received a new shirt in my mailbox less than 24 hours later. Talk about exceptional customer service!!!

I ordered a tank top from Rock City and not only was the customer service amazing, the shipping was on time and delivered just as promised. They even threw in a free (super soft) t-shirt! A great surprise. I would highly recommend ordering from this company. Very satisfied!
