SLEAZY BUSINESS!!
I was hesitant about this place to begin with given the divided reviews but still decided to take the chance on a local small Business. Support local right?
Usually.
We are almost two months now (not including the excruciating long "wait time" that is just to get the car INTO the establishment) and thousands of dollars worth of work in.
Had to be brought back within 48 hours for a check engine light - would have been immediately brought back but it was the weekend.
Was charged separately for this "diagnostic" that should have been included in the original service (no code either) and now I have no break lights among other lovely issues.
It's a car, and it can be fixed (by someone else) but my bigger problem was how this was "handled"
Now when attempting to talk with the small grey haired man behind the desk (assuming a manager) and his assistant (who doesn't know how to listen to very basic requests I'll add, such as calling the actual owner of the car for permission to perform service, and not the husband because you assume the man takes care of these things) I was treated like a child, and told that each of these things are not their fault and would have to be addressed as new charges.
Awful people. The assistant woman mentioned there are days they don't know if they'll reopen with business being bad, and now I understand.
Just don't do it.

Great customer service! I trust them with my MINI Cooper. I drive about 1.5 hours one way for their work. All of my experiences with Riverdale have been very good.

They were amazing and got me in and out quickly. They were also very honestly priced compared to the others I looked at, and was even able to get my service done under the price they quoted me. They do their homework, and I'll be getting my car serviced here in the future.

My brother had car shield. His deductible was $100, but they were trying to make him pay over1k, and then have Carshield pay over 5k. They were doing some scamming! That’s a very shady low down business they are doing! Please be aware if you are thinking about doing business with them!

I've been taking my MINI here for years and they always do a fantastic job! Lately there have been delays with parts and whatnot, but that's obviously out of their control and it's always communicated well when they expect a part to be in and how long for a repair to take. I wont take my car anywhere else!!Services: Transmission repair

I can't attest to their service because THANKFULLY I called around to other shops. I got a rock through my radiator and called to get a quote. Immediately I was met with "well we'll need to replace your upper and lower hoses as well to be safe." ..... gotta love someone nickel and dimming you after unforeseen expensive events...... she then proceeds to quote me at $987 to replace my radiator. Needless to say, I went to Rail Automotive 10 min down the road and got it done for $550 - tax and labor included.

Waited 2 months for an appointment and then waited another 2 months just for them to look at it and say they don’t know what’s wrong and have to take it somewhere else. A huge waste of time don’t go hereService: Auto engine diagnostic
