Was planning on buying a truck but was informed that the vehicle I was interested in was sold however if we do find another vehicle at R&T we like we will definitely get it Lisa was awesome she was super polite and didn't make anything feel rushed I'm looking forward to buying a vehicle from R&T!

I would give it a 0 but it does not let me do it. They first told me they could help me get financial help. After trying to contact them via phone, email, and text a few times, they did not put any effort or attention to what I was trying to look for, ending up selling the car I asked for and saying that they could not help me anymore. They made me waste my time completely.

This place is pretty amazing. Not only did they have a good selection of affordable used cars to choose from but they went the extra mile for me and my family. We didn't have a vehicle before purchasing from them. They delivered the vehicle for an extra fee but they also made sure the vehicle runs great and followed up to be sure we were satisfied and didn't have any trouble once the vehicle was in our possession. I am confident if there had been any issue they would have taken care of it for us. I know used auto sales places get a bad reputation. But this place really does it right!

My daughter and her partner had to find a car but fast. We were so impressed with how easy the process was. No hustle, no upselling, no negotiations. I think we were in and out within an hour or so.I especially liked how the cars on the list were actually available on the lot. We had just come from a glitzy sales lot where the car advertised that brought us there was suddenly "just sold", but here's another car just like it for $5,000 more! We left (with heavy pressure not to) and drove around to R & T. We gave a price target and that's what we saw, no more and no less. Payment was fast, with no extras tacked on.A few weeks later we had to go back to pick up the title. It was great to be recognized and greeted as soon as we walked in, and the paperwork we needed was ready, right there. We have been very satisfied. True, they might not be the newest cars with bells and whistles, but I believe they stand behind their vehicles and wouldn't sell a lemon. Thank you!

We have now purchased 2 different vehicles and everyone there has been amazing. We purchased the second vehicle an the alternator went out a week later. We called them an they had us bring the van back and they changed it no problem and no charge to us. I would highly recommend.
