I would highly recommend Pro Auto… they were so friendly they made me feel like family. Their profesialism was over the top. They kept me up to date on the entire process as my repair as it went through the stages in the shop. My truck was detail inside and out when I received it back. Made me feel like I was driving a new Truck.

Pro Auto employees were very knowledgeable of their work and they were extremely polite and nice and helped in any way that they could. Pro Auto did a superb job on my vehicle and I would recommend them to everyone.

The folks at Pro Auto are all amazing! I had a chance to interact with Austin, Ashley, Amber, Cole, and I never once felt like I wasn't a valued customer. This is now the third time I've brought my vehicle to Pro Auto and the experience is always consistent and amazing (I keep getting hit when my car is parked for some reason). This last time, they helped me deal with an annoying cracked windshield I've been putting off, and actually helped me secure a high quality product for less than my insurance deductible! They saved me money, fixed everything, and cleaned up the inside which is always a nice bonus. If anyone says anything negative about the employees here, or how they conduct business, then take that with a grain of salt, because I'd bet its a situation where it isn't 100% their fault. I'll always take any vehicle to this shop when I have a need, and this is also the only place certified to fix Honda vehicles. Thank you, Pro Auto, and especially you, Ashley, for the amazing communication and customer care.

The team at Pro Auto was fantastic! The communication while our truck was being repaired was great as we were notified often of the progress. The truck was also ready to be picked up when we were told it would be.

I only give them two stars because I’ve used them to tow a personal vehicle before and they did great. Moving a 40’ shipping container now, originally it was going 40 miles in two separate trips (about 20 miles each time), they quoted us a reasonable price each way. Plans changed and the first time container was moved into my neighbors yard, about 200 feet. They charged us the price they quoted for moving it 20 miles. Called again to set up the second move about a month and a half later, and they have been putting us off, saying they need to talk to their manager about getting a price quote for this. They called this morning and the price went up over 200$. Very disappointed as I have always had a good experience with Pro.

Disclaimer: I know the owner of this place outside of work, but also recently had my truck serviced for auto body repair at this shop.
Outside of work, Matt is an incredible family man whom approaches all things with a level of integrity, honesty, and humility that's rare in today's environment.
On the professional side, my truck came back looking like a million bucks. Truly, it looked as good as the day it rolled off the lot. Although I expected them to do great work, I was genuinely surprised at how fantastic it was.
We're all aware that the automotive repair industry has it's fair share of scoundrels, but you will not find any of that here.

I was well pleased with the entire process. From the ladies at the counter to the owner, everyone was very professional, and courteous. I am willing to use their services again but I hope that I don't have a need to.
