I was traveling from Little Rock to Fort Smith when my car decided to give out. It was later in the day and even though they were booked, they took me in and made sure my car was repaired before they left for the day. This prevented me from having a huge tow bill or having to leave my car and find a way home. They were kind and the prices were appropriate for the work done. I highly recommend them.

They were very honest & resposive when we had our vehicle in their shop for an engine light. if you are looking for a great shop that isnt out for a paycheck, check them out.
the owner always answers & works hand in hand with you. been a couple of weeks since the work, and my truck is driving fantastic!

I highly recommend Potter Motors! I brought my 2010 Nissan Armada to Potter Motors for some diagnostics after having less than ideal experiences at another service center in Conway. My high mileage Armada was experiencing some concerning issues and I felt at a loss on what to do. After leaving it with Mr. Potter for one afternoon, he was able to diagnose the problem, give me all my options with full transparency on range of cost for repairs, and he explained everything so that a gal like myself could understand the mechanical lingo without confusion. After one visit to his shop, I felt more informed and confident in making a decision on what to do with the Armada. I have since gotten a new vehicle and have already brought my new vehicle into Mr. Potter to have him check it out and make sure everything was running as it should be. (not taking any chances, ya know) I will absolutely be bringing my car to Potter Motors for anything else from here on out! Thank you Mr. Potter and team for all the help and kindness that you showed me!!!

Every person I talked with at Potter Motors made me feel welcomed and explained everything so well! The mechanic that looked at my car was fantastic! I took my car here for a CV axle replacement and was told that upon inspection, the CV axle didn’t need replaced at all. I’m not sure if many other shops would have been as honest. I am so glad I decided to come here and will definitely be back for any future maintenance!

I have had a lot of trouble with a recently purchased used car ? also purchased service contract for said car. It has been to 3 different repair shops and Mr. Potter finally diagnosed the problem and was honest and transparent the entire time! Excellent customer service! He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Of course service contract will not cover the cost of repairs, however Mr. Potter did everything he could to help us and keep cost low. No surprise cost. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed!

I HIGHLY recommend Potter Motors! I have taken my VW to Gary multiple times over the last few years & have received excellent service every time. You can tell he truly cares about others and that he strives to provide quality work for his customers. I moved a couple hours away from Conway but still come to Potter Motors to get my oil changed. It isn’t always easy to find a mechanic who is as honest, kind, and trustworthy as Gary! Thank you for all you do!!
