“I was helped by Michael almost as soon as I walked in the door. He helped by adding a new line to our account and by helping us resolve some issues we were having with transferring data from one phone to another. He was efficient at adding the new line and persistent at trying multiple approaches to workaround data transfer from a stubborn old android to our new android. He was friendly and patient, and he made sure that everything worked before we left.
This visit to Oak Street store was a pleasant surprise. Over the past few years I have avoided going into ATT stores due to repeatedly experiencing long waits and multiple disappointing encounters with dismissive employees at a different ATT store that is located a few hours away. However, this Conway location has an amazing staff. Their employees are congenial and helpful and I would highly recommend Michael and this Conway ATT store on Oak Street!
I would also note that earlier this year, when I called ATT about changing my phone plan, their call centers also seem to have improved. I had a shorter wait and talked to someone who gave me clear, correct answers regarding changes to my phone plan.”
