The absolute worst customer service I've ever,
Ever been subjected to, I do not have words to describe how poor my experience was by the hand of this locations female employee resulting in my family and I deciding to go with another provider.. disgraceful absolutely disgraceful!!

4/24/23. At 1:30ish I Went in to get my disabled daughters phone changed over. Lady told me to “do it myself”. She said to call the hotline. If I could have done it myself I wouldn’t have drove over an hour to Conway. I ended up driving to Harrison and they were more than helpful.

I am so thankful I came across metro TMobile, the service, the monthly payment, and especially the employees at the TMobile on the corner of oak & harkrider. They always make me feel comfortable, an easy to talk to.

I witnessed very poor customer service today at Metro PCS on Oak St. I've worked retail before & have noticed that there needs to be a lot of understanding and open conversation from the retail worker to really meet the customers' needs.The lady we spoke to lacked understanding of our situation about their insurance policy. We were trying to explain to her that we just wanted to know an update on their insurance policy. Our approach was reasonable, and we were not complaining, we simply wanted an update. She then decided to interrupt us & make her own conclusions in an aggressive way, which is not helpful or wise if your policy is to try your best to meet the customers' needs.There clearly isn't much of a drive for this company to keep customers like before, things have changed, and it doesn't seem like it's for the better.

I had my fiance added as a user on my account so that he would be able to switch over and get a new phone, the sales lady Stephanie was EXTREMELY rude, argumentative; not only with my fiance,but also with another store employee when she called to see if they had the phone he wanted.at a different store. Not only did it make my fiance uncomfortable, but by the looks on thier faces when he left the store,the other customers were uncomfortable as well!!Plus, he was way way over charged and not even given a receipt!Even if this gets resolved, Stephanie has NO business in Customer service!!!

AK is the best! All kinds of good deals at the new location on the corner of harkrider and oak AK is professional and know his stuff with good deals I highly recommend him and that store best service you will get very understanding and communicating.

Please please never do business with this particular metro store. They overcharged me by $130 to pad their commission. The sales rep (Angie) was rude, abrasive, dishonest, and lied about everything she told me. After contacting customer service, I went back into the store and request a refund. I was denied that refund. Customer care is trying to help me now.
