Had a 7:30 am appointment to change oil, oil filter, fuel filter and rotate tires on my RAM 2500. Brought my own oil, oil filter & fuel filter. Job was complete before 9 am. Luyet Automotive is very responsive and does excellent work.

I was happy with your front office. As a side note I will pay next time with cash so I don't have to pay the bank fee.
You may encourage your customers in the future to pay with check or cash for that reason.
Car works fine; the coolant is staying at the Maximum Line on my overflow tank.
Will probably return.
You in replaced my rear shocks on Mot, Aug 19th. Car drives more solid on the road, no fish tailing over poor roads.

I love luyet. I’m a stay at home mom so I take my car for services alone a lot, and worry about being taken advantage of at car shops. Never felt that way here at luyet. I know none of them personally, just a happy customer. Plus they have snacks, drinks and toys for my little ones to use while we are here. The only downside I’ve ever had is occasionally they’re booked out but that’s just because they do a good job.

I'm surprised that your technicians and diagnosticians cannot come up with anything on my 2008 Toyota Corolla and it's po171 code other than telling me it's the mass air flow sensor and oxygen sensor which another shop Austin Automotive said was not the problem I wish that both of y'all shops would get some further diagnostic training or better equipment & diagnose the problem correctly! I've been reduced to riding around on a bike for almost 2 weeks now due to the ineffectiveness of your all's mechanics.
