We’re here to help! The staff are helpful and friendly, and the employees are always helpful. The aisles are wide and online product look up tells you where it is. The floor installer showed up without a partner but the floors turned out beautiful then two weeks wait. The bathroom sinks had dimensions and the staff helped make sure the right thing fit. The check‑in for picking up the dishwasher is quickly, just bring your receipt, scan and see your position in line and est time wait. The self checkout at the main exit is the only option.
just ~meh~ the quality of their help is vastly improved. Self checkout kiosk? Not a single person got through the checkout process line without help.

Went here to get some new bathroom sinks. I had the dimensions and everything, but wanted to make sure I was getting something that would fit. I asked for someone to come and help me make sure I was getting the right thing, but when I asked, nobody came. I waited for about 20 minutes. Otherwise everything was fine.

Found exactly what I needed and there were employees helping people. Nice wide aisles and online if you look up a product it tells you they have it and where it is, that is so very helpful.
