The team at Lee Ann’s stepped up in a big way. I looked at others stores first but wasn’t able to get that special ring I wanted. Lee Ann’s is setup ina way to provide specialized jewelry to meet the customers needs. I am so pleased with the service and speed I have experienced. I highly recommend Lee Ann’s. My personal career has been over 35 years in Quality Management and systems. Every step of the process at Lee Ann’s and the product delivered exceeded my expectations.

Lee Ann's in Conway has excellent customer service, when I initially walked in i'm greeted with a warm smile and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for, they didn't try to upsell me on anything they just helped me find what i wanted, prices are reasonable and you definitely pay for good quality items, Kory helped me get my wife's engagement and wedding band from here and they always invite me back to get them cleaned and polished up for free, I appreciate their good service and have recommended them to many people, they've got a good crew working there and they're definitely gonna be my go to from now on!

Walked into store no one waited on me. What a joke of both staff and management. Avoid this location at all cost. It's crazy the owner has enough time to call me reach out post on my review. Hey maybe you should wait on your customers. What a joke the manager is obviously in a different world.

I have long hair and tattoos, with the bad boy look, Lee Ann's didn't didn't care what I looked like, like some of the other places I went to, they were very patient with me and designed a one of a kind wedding ring for us. Everywhere we go she gets compliments!!! They treat you like family

We had a horrible experience at another jeweler in Conway! Upon picking up what was supposed to be a beautiful, timeless piece for our daughter’s wedding we discovered the workmanship was severely lacking. We called LeeAnn’s late in the day on Friday. Not only did they have exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price, but they were willing to personalize it within the hour. With their amazing selection and service, we left with a stunning gift for our daughter and a new jeweler we can count on. We couldn’t be happier.
