My grandmother and I Shopped for over an hour got ready to check out and there were absolutely no checkers to be found so we asked the lady just standing around running you scan what was going on and she said their checker just left 30 minutes ago To which we replied there has to be somebody working in this store that could check us out she responded no there is no one in this entire store that can check you out so then I asked to see a manager she came up and told me the exact same this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Kroger store I myself had worked for 4 different kroger stors in my life and if someone needed to be checked out while I was working there We found somebody to check them out that's just part of good customer service nobody wants to come to the grocery store after a hard day's work fill up a cart and then check themselves out . Being a cashier is one of the most common jobs and 1 of the most oldest jobs in America What is this nation coming to when nobody in one of the largest grocery store chains in America we'll check somebody's groceries out for them when Asked I believe this is completely unacceptable and I will never again go to the Kroger on oak street in Conway Arkansas and neither will my grandmother.

We were hanging out in the woods canoeing & doing redneck stuff & this is the only place we could find that had real food nearby! The best part was the sushi didn't kill us! Recommend.

They were very helpful ordering my medicine, but sometimes they are overwhelmed with orders so don't always have meds in stock.

Never have issues here..been using them 2 years now because I got tired of the rude folks at Walgreens and long line because they didn't have folks meds ready..I will keep using Kroger because they are cheated on my meds..people complaining are the ones that just want it their way or nothing at all..just like grocery pickup you get your stuff at a certain time they tell you

This pharmacy has been nothing but rude! When I get a message my meds are will be ready at a specific time, I arrive and they’re not ready! They give an excuse saying covid vaccine come before medication! Finally had enough and transferred my medication to another pharmacy!!!!

i ordered 2 birthday cakes from the bakery, when i order a cake i assume they would be fresh baked, these were picked out of the prebaked cooler, i asked for pastel colors, spring flowers, butter cream frosting. i got there and they handed me the cakes, bright colors, big blobs of icing in the corners with sprinkles that were suppose to be flowers, the writing on them looked like a 2 year old did it. i was so upset i couldnt say anything, i said thank you and walked away. cant even describe how disappointed i actually was. there was nothing i could do but take them home and put them out, the party started in 3 hours. i got out to my vehicle and cried. when we went to eat the cake, the cake was good, but it was not icing i wanted, i paid $50 for both these cakes, i didnt mind the price, what i minded was the fact it was not what i ordered

Kroger has had many days to clear their parking lot of ice & snow. Other businesses in town have done a good job of cleaning the snow and ice out there parking lot but Kroger one of the busiest stores in town it's not important.

I will no longer shop Kroger's due to the fact that they are not giving back my change. I need to $20 in cash and they charge $.50 to do that. Then they owed me $19.50 back, but claimed there was a coin shortage and kept my $.50. They did not explain that I could put it back on my card or give it to Charity. I think this is a scam.

This location has the worst skills for customer service I have ever cross paths with. I was a Kroger fan. The managers on duty on 07/07/2020 around 5:15 PM are not respectful nor courteous. I called an asked a question . The manager on duty made me feel as I was delusional for even asking the question and when she found out that what I was asking to be correct. No apologies was given and I was hung up on. I know this to be an isolated incident because never have I experienced this poor customer service from any kroger from any state.

I tried the pick up service for the first time today and it was awesome! They made the entire process enjoyable and I highly recommend it for the elderly, moms with small children, and anyone who wants to save time.

Their staff is comfortable with serving customers with sarcasm, attitude, disrespect, and just plain indecency. Today I was hung up on and when I arrived to the window I was told to “drive off” although the issue has yet to be resolved. Incompetence at its best.
