Door lock broke for the entire stay, the mechanical guy somehow didn't manage to fix even though I asked on the first day. They have a good attitude and positively want to solve the issue. It just doesn't work out and made me feel unsafe. Good service.Safety: Bad door lock

Three of us shared an ADA accessible room. The room was large, bathroom worked well for friend on walker. Both gals on King bed found it very comfortable. Sleeper sofa was fine.
