After multiple terrible experiences at this location, it’s time. I’ll start off with saying if you go into the medical field expecting to take care of people then why treat them like you don’t care? The employees of Harps Pharmacy has been impolite and rushed every time I have a prescription that needs to filled. Considering we are now in flu and cold season there have been multiple occasions of this. It is understood that they work hard and they have a lot of patients but to be inconsiderate and rude is uncalled for. This has happened to not only me but to others as well that’s why I have made the decision today to spread the awareness to everyone. If you’re experiencing the same issue with this location then hopefully we can get to the root of the problem. Please be kind to everyone, you never know what someone is going through.

I had a VA prescription sent there as I was not able to make it to the VA pharmacy. I was told that they could not fill a VA prescription. I called the VA and they faxed the information for them to give me the prescription. I called them to let them know and was basically treated like a second class citizen. I was told they would not even start on it until I showed up with my VA id. I was told I would have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes and I still might not be able to get my prescription. It appears they do not like to serve veterans at this location.

I was getting some over the counter drugs I drop by the pharmacy for a minute to let him know how I appreciate the care he has shown and help me make the right selection he's has a wonderful smile and if you need help just ask he will help you find what you need.

Meatloaf mashed potatoes macaroni and cheese with a roll. $16.98. Should have paid attention. Would have left it on the counter. My bad. But not again.

Was able to get my prescription refilled but for 2 straight minutes they attempted to gaslight me into thinking the experimental Satan vaccine is something I need.

Harps is ok the only reason i don't shop their any more is because everytime i go there they follow me around luke im going to still something out there store and it happen everytime i go in that store ill stop there sometime just to see if they change but they haven't that's why i never stop their any more
