“Signed up last week and still don't have any kind of membership card. The internet was down the other day so the kiosk didn't work. Was locked out and couldn't access the gym that I'm paying to use. Can't get in touch with anyone there. The three times I've been there , there's no one working in the gym. Minor league operations at best.”

“Truckers beware. The owner of the strip mall where this planet fitness is located will have you towed if you park there overnight. Doesn’t matter that you’re behind the building, out-of-the-way and not blocking any parking, they will tow your truck. NO TRUCK PARKING. (the gym was nice though.)”
