I started using this pharmacy because I was tired of the big bucks store pharmacy experience wanted something more personal. At first I absolutely loved this pharmacy. All employees were extremely helpful and genuinely nice.After going for a few months like clockwork, I walk in to have my script, filled the same one that they fill every single month. There was a new lady working. I’m assuming she was a pharmacy technician because she definitely wasn’t the pharmacist. Long story short. She was very rude very judgmental made me feel very uncomfortable. Every time I had to interact with her. She literally made me feel like I was some sort of scummy criminal drug addict. Nobody else here ever made me feel that way that woman’s energy was overwhelmingly negative and I could no longer stand to even call for our refill March. Let’s go pick one up and fear that she would be the one I’d have to interact with.

My insurance recently stopped covering Kroger, which is where I’ve always gone to. I’m SO happy that I found Medcare and had to make the change! They have been so helpful, prompt, and very kind. I have recommended them to everyone I’ve spoken with! It has been a much better experience than I’ve ever received at large chain pharmacies and the pricing is exactly the same for me! Would highly recommend!

Matt Frazier is a great pharmacist that cares about his customers. He passes on savings to them & super helpful. They have a wonderful staff-Tara & Preston are the best! They have a drive-thru & text you when your prescription is ready. They have the cutest items in the store which make great gifts. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a locally owned pharmacy with great service!

Called to get my Covid vaccine and they were able to make my appointment in less than 24 hours. Everyone is friendly and efficient. This was a much better experience than going to a large chain.

So I drove all around town looking for a teddy bear. Target, Walmart, a couple of boutiques. One of the boutiques recommended this place. Went through the drive though and showed a picture of a bear I was looking for. The lady asked what it was for, I explained it was the loss of a sister in laws baby. She went in and found one and brought it out, it was perfect! I went to hand her my card. And she said we can’t take your Payment, it’s on us! That completely made my day. That’s was the kindest gesture, thank you so much! ❤️

Love this hometown pharmacy —always kind & informative!! Have plenty of neat little finds to shop while you wait!! I found baby items the last time and I had no idea but it was just what I was looking for with my niece arriving home from nicu 2 days later!! I’m obsessed!!! Matt is very nice as well as his staff and his wife picks out the best items in baby clothes and items Ever!!!!!! I’ll be back to let them take care of all my pharmacy needs & a lot of the gift ideas as well
