“This place is EXACTLY what you need. My family and I just moved to the area and we were looking for a sofa and a love seat for our new apartment. After we left and had paid for the bed, Bryson was so thoughtful he called me and told me he had found her wallet after cleaning up near closing time and stayed open for me to pick it up. Nathan has only been their 2weeks so we understood him not knowing somethings was understandable. We walked out with a new bed and mattress. We will definitely be back because the customer service was awesome compared to H3home who didn’t even return our call with a quote.”
“Lost a star due to rude cashier. Barely said 2 words to me. I thought I had enough money on my gift card and I didn’t so I had to find my debit card and she was very impatient and kept tapping on the counter with the gift card I gave her. Then I said “I am so sorry” about 3 times she didn’t say anything. It took me less than a min to get my debit card out and I paid. I said thank you and she ignored me. I didn’t get to see her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Other than that, my experience was great. Guess I’ll use self checkout next time.”
“I've purchased a set of bunk-beds, TV stand, and a very NICE stove from them. Im very pleased. They are on the pricer side but I think that's an understandable compromise for a doable payment plan. Also if I was a little late they would work with me but I still had to pay a late fee. All in all great experience and I would likely buy from them again.”
