the fact that you can NEVER get someone on the phone from the local store is really annoying - and odds are you can never get an actual human being on the phone either. The AI bot they use isn't very smart, nor is it helpful.

This place is awful, I paid extra money for my package to be delivered yesterday and it was saying that my package was 2 1/2 hours away at 12 AM then preceded to wait 20 hours to say that my package was delayed. Now this morning it said my package was to be delivered between 9 AM - 10 AM and i have yet to have my package delivered.

A fed ex semi came roaring out of the Back shipping area & him trying to to turn wide to get out of the lot about hit my car , it's a very small lot only 4 parking spots at the front which were filled . I parked in a marked parking spot . I understand it's a small lot but he came out way to fast & was within inches of smashing my car

Thes people are lazy the front desk didn’t have my package even though i called and specified to have it and I’d be there at 9:40 to pick it up I proceed to go and no package they didn’t care the the bald didn’t even ask for my name or anything he just looked at me and said they didn’t have it I’m sooo annoyed btw the package was nearly 600 dollars best believe I got my money back fedex is a scam

Package left out side of gate,very long driveway. son-in-law very I’ll.Daughter works till Friday.Took 3phone calls to reach a human being.Then they couldn’t help me.

PLEASE decide what time this location opens to the public and let us know. According to Google maps, the facility opens at 8:30am; however, the sign on the door reads 9am. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They make shipping easy with fast delivery and great tracking, but it is more expensive than I want it to be. Be wary of using odd sized boxes, there is a substantial upcharge.
