Grateful to be taken care of at Tim's in Conway. Brakes and calipers needed to be replaced while we were hundreds of miles from home and the nice guys here got us in and taken care of in short order! Thank you!

Poor work, quality & communication. 84 monte carlo ss, had exhuast completely redone. Was supposedly called multiple times to get an ok on work to be done, never received or missed a call, had an o2 sensor I told them needed to be reinstalled on the new exhuast, not be installed and thrown away, had to return twice after my initial work to get wiring fixed,(starter and plug wires left against my headers and burnt through multiple times), exhuast leaks(never got fixed), temp gauge wire was disconnected and shoved into my motor mount(had to fix myself), exhuast itself had to be redone multiple times as they kept misaligning the exhuast tips, exhuast would hit my rear diff so hard that it felt as if I had no rear suspension while going over any bump, exhuast was left touching the body and rear bumper, and had stuff spilt on my paint, and radiator cover.Ended up having to take the car to greenbrier to their other shop to have the exhuast and wires all fixed, except for my temp gauge wire, that I had to fix myself. For the amount of money I was charged and time they had my car, I expected much better work, especially when being done on a classic car. WILL NOT RETURN, I will pay someone else to fix my exhuast if I have any more issues

My experience was that of excellence. I had my brakes changed long story short, when my car was picked up by my wife the battery in our car died. Despite the store being closed, an employee named Blaine helped install a battery to my partners car though he was not on clock; this is kindness and we will return for business. Thank you

They messed up my brand new brakes and rotors. I called them they told me to bring my truck and in so I went back the next day they said the would fix the problem only to make it worse.

Tim and Blaine were cool. Quoted a half hour job at $110/hr. Was only charged $50. Did a good job.

Found this place, in Conway. Called and they were happy to get me the same day. Told me to come in at 1. Got there and had to wait for them to repair a flat. Not sure why because the ended up putting my car in another stall. Was told it would take 15 minutes for them to do the flat. AN HOUR LATER, they started on my front brakes. Should’ve only taken 30 minutes tops, but an hour later, they finally finished. Had to come back the next day for them to put my new sensor on. When I got there asked about the advertisement on Discount Brakes site of $99.95, and a he told me that is an ad and WOULD NOT budge on what he charged me even though that is what was on their site. In summary, I spent almost 3 hours there for a job that in total should’ve on been an hour. Oh and the sensor cost me 3 times as much as they bought it for from Autozone. Just beware!!!!! Not a happy customer and won’t be back. Tim’s just bought this place in December but they are still doing business as Discount Auto brakes and false advertising

Went there with a problem with my car accelerating and starting to jump back and fourth, paid $800 for them to fix the problem and then when I called I came the next day they said it was my mass airflow sensor they replaced it and it’s still doing the same thing.

My new go to shop here in Conway. Had such wonderful service and I’ll definitely be recommending people to start coming here. Works wonderful with you and such great people. Totally went out of their way for me and am so grateful to have come here!!!

They gave my husband the opposite of the tires he said he wanted. When my husband said he had starter problems (he even had to tap it to get it to start) they tried to tell us no it is the battery (there was no problem with our battery). We told them we just wanted tires, breaks, and rotors. They insisted we get the battery and even shocks. They said they wouldn't max out what my husband was approved for, then did just that. We are still having problems with his breaks after the bled them twice. We will not go here ever again. Oh and we ended up having to change the starter (that was just fine according to them).
