I got a pedicure and a full set. I was badgered 4 to 5x about getting gel and each time I specifically said no, I want regular polish (I’ve never gotten gel before). When it came time to pay, they charged me an extra $20.00 because they gave me gel after I said NO! I will not be returning to this nail salon. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My regular salon was closed and myself plus one needed to get in before Monday after the holiday. The got us right in, very little wait, Ann did an excellent job and the signature pedicure is the way to go!

I got my nails done by Tyler. He did an amazing job. My nails were perfect and he was so gentle and didn’t rush anything! I loved it! It restored my faith into getting my nails done again and I will 100% be back! My nails are very thin and normally hurt when I get them done but not with him. I’m very impressed and can’t wait to get them done next time!Services: Nail art

I absolutely love this place! Despite how busy it was, they made sure everyone was being taken care of properly and getting what they wanted done. She hand painted every heart and did amazing at doing so; she even put lotion and cuticle oil on my hands and massaged them! Not to mention they have great prices! Only $40 for a fill and $15 for design. Definitely coming back here again!

My nails cracked after 2 hours of leaving the nail salon. I called them and told them what happened and asked if I could come in and get them fixed. He told me not today but a different day. I called everyday after that for 3 days and he never had “time” then i asked to make an appointment and he told me that i should have come back the day that it happened.Just upset they can not fix what they messed up. Would have been no big deal if they would just fix it.Horrible customer service.Service: French manicures

Best pedicures!! I went another place once and it was a major disappointment. Next time went back to City Nails and will not go anywhere else again.
