Very rude staff and always giving you a bad look, worst experience I’ve ever had in a bank.

Every single time I visit the East Oak Bank & Vanessa helps me, which is frequently, she smiles, uses my name, meets all security measures with my account, is knowledgeable, kind, & respectful. Also, she has a boat load of patience. I love this location. Thank You Vanessa & crew!

The staff at the East Oak Street location consistently go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. The friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating team members go out of their way to provide an outstanding customer experience. That means so much to me as a small business owner. Well done, Centennial East!!!

Not a good bank. They put a 9-day hold on checks into a new account as a "new account hold", which goes for 90 days, then will argue with you about it,demanding you go elsewhere to cash the check before depositing it. It took them a half hour to deposit one of my checks and withdraw $50 from the account, but never even withdrew the $50. You are forced to apply for a new account online because the lobbies are closed, but then will argue with you, saying "because you opened your account online, you can't get a debit card". After settling that out, and having one mailed to you, it won't work. When you go to the ATM to activate it, it will give you an error about not being able to access the card. Because of this, it won't activate for use at stores or ATMs. On top of this, they won't answer the damned phones so you can't call them to sort it all out!

The people here are so nice and helpful. It is a great place to do your banking. I do most of my banking online so I am not familiar to them but whenever I have to stop by everyone is friendly and courteous.

For my experience towards my ethnicity have been very nice and polite. Unlike other banks they just treat you differently, but not this one. Have been well taken care of. I recommend this bank ?

I was simply trying to cash my centennial check at this location. I did attempt to do a direct deposit to my USAA account and funds wouldn't be available immediately so I decided to just cash it instead. I was told by the cashier she would not cash it because essentially I could have tried to double dip, which I can understand but according to her I'm guilty until proven innocent. I felt she could have handled it a little better but she, in my opinion, was short and rude to me when I asked to speak to the manager. I was told that she doesnt know me and they do business with my boss, not me. It makes it hard for a potential client to consider such a bank when the people are poorly trained in customer service.
