I have lost over 400 dollars in "hidden fees" particularly since I started a savings. Sometimes the customer service is wonderful, have been banking for over 5 years here. Just sad that I may close everything and start somewhere else because I'm scared of losing money out of nowhere with the bank here.

Here are very inconsiderate and rude... It's Saturday and I was waiting outside the bank bc an unauthorized debit happen and I needed to show the banker the text and emails.
Frantic and unfocus I didn't read that the lobby is close
That's rude for real. Bet if I was banging on the door like a real crazy person. Some one who had showed up.
Can't stand people who think they are better than the clients. It's a pyramid without your clients your bank will fail

Worst bank ever! Do not bank here! They have too many hidden fees that will put your account in the negative! Especially if you’re a business. It’s complicated to use their online banking and with withdrawals their is no account balance. They do this to keep you from keeping up with your banking activity so they can rob you! These people are crooks! Yes, legit thieves!

Don't believe them they will LIE. I asked before opening account if they required a cell phone for online bill pay. I was told they did not, I asked if she could provide confirmation and she called a manager and He said they did not. After opening an account I went home to pay some bills and the computers say "cell phone required for online bill pay". I know young people are using phones...that have no firewall or anti-virus, rather than computers. I know how foolish this this but when the bank is dishonest also....BEWARE!!!

This is more a review of Centenial bank as a whole.I’ve dealt with nothing but hassle and Inconvenience from this bank time and time again. The mobile app is always undergoing maintenance or locking you out of your account for no obvious reason. Long story short if you’re looking to start a new account or try a new bank look somewhere else

Horrible bank. Phones are hardly ever online. Super long wait times. Busy tone always on the Phone. Don't waist ur time on this bs bank go with Arvest or any other bank to hell with centennial bank

Charges a nsf fee and doesnt even fkn pay the bill.
