I have lost over 400 dollars in "hidden fees" particularly since I started a savings. Sometimes the customer service is wonderful, have been banking for over 5 years here. Just sad that I may close everything and start somewhere else because I'm scared of losing money out of nowhere with the bank here.

The staff was great and professional. However the coin machine was causing a terribly long wait due to the age of the machine.
