I liked the bank but this branch no not at all don't care for there customers I've had a account with this bank for as long as I remember so long time and didn't consider the people or the customer I will definitely not use this personal place I'll go out the way if I have 2 Value your customers for once and consider that before making a judgment call on something so small and ignorant considering closing this account!!

Great for old people that never travel. How this bank had great reviews is beyond me. The app is horrible its good for maybe two things. Checking your balance and checking your last 3 months transactions. It has NO modern features like other banks apps, this bank makes it impossible to reset a password on your own, customer service is subpar. You better hope you dont have to travel last minute they will lock your card/account down immediately and they dont have operating hours on the weekend or evenings. Have fun being stranded while traveling for a family emergency situation! They also will decline randomly, and have you verify its not fraud. I use shop walmart grocery pickup often, they will decline and text you fraud alert. Its happened a few times now, Im not traveling, I shop there often, its never anything out of the ordinary. worst bank I have ever used. I would never recommend this to someone that likes modern features, good customer service, may need after hours bank help, or travels occasionally.OHHH and if you want to find out about a transaction that occurred over 3 months ago, if you call the bank, they(customer service)dont even have access past 3 months. So good luck getting any older transactions/financial information .

I love banking with Centennial but I HATE the Centennial bank on Donaghey in Conway. I don’t know who manages this bank but they are terrible! I love all of the other Centennial banks in Conway. I always have an issue depositing my check here when my funds are lower than the check amount even though I have deposited the same check from the same company every 2 weeks for the past 8 years. This bank always wants to put a hold on it for 2 business days. None of the other banks do this! I never have an issue with the other banks. Don’t use this bank on Donaghey go to Chestnut, Salem or Dave Ward!!

This Bank is the one I always go to if I'm in Conway. Friendly staff. Also Bill Reid is an amazing guy to work with. He has been extremely enthusiastic in helping us get into a home.

The bank manager will hang up on you. This bank has No customer service!!! I'll be Monday to withdraw all accounts!!!! Only giving 1 star because I have to!
