Took my grandfathers ring to Brooks to get a diamond set. I admit I did not do my research. Quoted me $1500 which seemed a bit high but I didn't want to negotiate something so sentimental. They returned the ring to me with some ridiculously tall setting. See the pic below. That was unacceptable and looked terrible. They said that's the only way the diamond could be mounted. I told them there was no way the ring could be worn looking like that. They said I still owe them the $1500. Two days later I took the ring with the ridiculous setting and diamond to Sissy’s Jewelers in Conway. They charged me $200 fixed the ring and it now looks beautiful like it was supposed to.Please do your research before dealing with Brooks. I feel they saw an opportunity to take advantage of someone and they did.

My wife and I have been utilizing Brooks services to fix various pieces of jewelry, replace watch batteries, and purchased jewelry. They are an outstanding family business and they have earned our future business. They just made a custom necklace for our grand daughter. Quality work!

I recently had some repair work to be done on a wedding set. I went to them because the reviews were good reviews but then you can read any thing into a review that you want. I don’t base this review on anything other than the service and the work done from Brooks Jewlery. After I had the work done, I found it to be exceptional and the quality of work was superior to any place I have been. The customer service was very professional and they did what they said they would do. The price was better than any of the places I checked and they kept in touch with me concerning my order. Now with this said would I recommend this company for your business for the future? Absolutely yes. When a company says they will do something and does it this says a lot in today’s world. They have my business and would highly recommend them for your Jewlery store as well. If I could have given them ten stars I would have. Good job guys.

Yearly trip from Bentonville as the prices are unmatched for the quality. Not only do they have a nice selection we have had many pieces from other jewelers fixed here. 10/10 great customer service as well.

The only custom casting house in Arkansas. Everything is done in house and to a professional level far about any retail jewelers. The quality on their line of products surpasses all the other ones we have seen in the area.
