We purchased some head phones and they did not work. We returned them and it was so easy. Good folks and a speedy return. The service was great. I wish they had a better selection of headphones that are wireless for the TV. The value was ok just not a big selection. Good value. We received immediate help when we asked for it.

Angelina is rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Best Buy is not concerned in the least about customer satisfaction. Sell your stock if they continue like this they will go broke.

The employees took forever after being rude and ignoring us. We asked for help only for them not to come. We waited for a solid 45 minutes with no help. I do not recommend. I can see targets and Walmarts tech sales increasing!

I have a protection plan with geek squad and informed them when I had an appointment to fix my computer today. Tried to charge me $150 just to diagnose the issue. Spoke with an associate online and told me this was NOT normal.Drove 45 minutes to get here and going to have to drive to Little Rock just to get my computer looked at under my protection plan. Absolute ?

They promptly researched information and ended a concern on my end. I needed a refund on one item. The funds were back in my bank quickly. I’ve purchased several major appliances from them in the last 3 years and keep going back. Their warranty service is excellent. I also appreciate easily getting an actual person on the phone, and that person getting things handled for me.

Probably the worst Best Buy in the state. I've been twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I couldn't get any help from the 16 people standing around talking to each other. The security time I finally got some help after about 15 minutes of flagging people down, only to be told something was absolutely compatible, and it absolutely wasn't.

Too bad you can't rate below a 1 star. 1 when you call the number, its NOT the store but a corporate phone tree. 2 when you ask a question about repairing a electronic, in my case a 3d printer they lie and say yes they do. 3. I asked to be transferred to the store, the phone tree "customer service rep" said no need to just bring it down. Drive 60 miles to get to nearest Best Buy, come to find out you need to make a appointment how I was surprised to do that I couldn't get a straight answer and they don't work on 3d printers and they have nothing to do with the phone tree "customer service rep".

Generally, I am a fan of Best Buy and have made many purchases through them. Perhaps my expectations of doing business with them in the past were too high for this particular store. After waiting for 15 minutes after I notified them I was there to pick up my open box purchase, I was told I had to drive up to the door to receive it. Open box is quite literal. After waiting an additional five minutes, someone walked out with my TV; there was no wrapping to protect my "excellent condition" tv, nothing protecting the screen from being damaged by improper handling. I should think they could charge an extra dollar, or so, to tape some cardboard over the screen to prevent damaging my nonreturnable purchase.

Bought windows 11 pro and they made me wait forever to get my digital product. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying windows or anything digital unless you buy in person and take it home. Ugh!
