Avoid this branch at all costs. Depositing checks is a literal nightmare. I have used by bank ozk since it was Summit and have considered switching banks over this branch. The only times I’ve ever had a problem with banking is when I use this branch. On multiple occasions they have told us that we cannot deposit a check unless both parties are present even though both have signed and both are on the account it’s being deposited. The latest incident which is our final straw involved the supposed manager needing to confirm a Social Security number to someone who wasn’t on the check nor on the account, which will never make since to me. I took the check to another branch and was met with wonderful hospitality and zero headache. For reference an apology has already been stated which is appropriated but my position stands.

Bad start to a day ,i usually use maumelle branch but i was off so i went to oak street early i was waiting on branch to open when i was approached and told to leave because of security, i thought i was the consumer,

Annette (I think, the white haired hag in the corner) is absolutely terrible. I come in to cash a check written and signed by the account holder and she has the audacity to basically call me a thief. She literally questioned the handwriting on the check. I’m sorry lady but your job is to handle our money. You ARE NOT a forensic handwriting analyst!!! The holder of the account and myself are completely dissatisfied with her service and her pathetic attitude. The account holder and I will never step foot in the oak street branch again solely because of her actions. Stick to your job and learn what customer service is supposed to be about. She is the absolute worst bank teller I have ever met. Bank OZK as a whole is a great bank, but she is one bad apple that left a terrible taste in our mouths!

I have banked with bank of Ozarks for quite sometime now. When I set up my account it was done in Clinton. The ladies there are absolutely amazing and fix everything for me that the Conway bank branch has messed up. I pulled 3,500 out of my account one day and then just few days later was charged for it again, which caused a lot of issues. Not to mention the lady almost didn't let pull that much money out. How are you going to have to ask your manager if I can pull that much money out of my account? It's our money! Again, I love the ladies at Clinton Bank of Ozarks however, my husband and I will be switching banks after this ordeal bc it's happened one to many times.

It's ridiculous that I cannot deposit a check w/o my husbands signature even though my name and his name or on the same account!
