Probably the most worthless bank branch in all of Arkansas. Bank manger refused to cash a check i wrote to somebody. He was completely worthless and makes me want to move all accounts out of the us bank. Bank of America should be ashamed to have this manger working for them. I suggest corporate look into the details of this transaction and they will see

Closing the drive thru due to unsavory people is what I was told by the bank manager. Handle your business and maybe hire a security officer. I despise this bank and when my father in law passes I will close his accounts and never deal with them again.

I went there this morning and the employee had an attitude. He printed out a booklet and information for me and handed it over to me in an envelope. When I asked him if he could please tell me more about it (i.e. the answer to my concern that he started before going to grab the documents), he told me it's in there (referring to the print outs).. in other words, go read it yourself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I think he needs to be trained on how to work with customers and control his attitude. I'm closing my account.

Bank of America charges an $8.00 “non-customer fee”! $8.00? Well, guess why I’m NOT a customer of Bank of America… because you charge people $8.00 to cash a check that is written on your bank!

I don't bank here and don't intend to. I just called to inquire about a "letter" I received BOA and needed to validate as authentic. After a lengthy telephone recording with multiple "options" to select, I was finally given a number option to speak to someone at the bank. After 20 rings, no answer. It sounds like from a lot of the other reviews that they just don't care.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've have had multiple bad experiences with this branch. I needed a change made to one of my business accounts and was met at the door by a woman who was terribly rude and condescending. Apparently, they have one person who deals with small business and that person didn't have time for me right then. No problem, except this person was also unwilling or unable to help me make an appointment. Most recently, I made an appointment online almost 2 weeks ago, and today, the day before the appointment, I receive an email saying it's cancelled. No reason. No phone call to reschedule. Just an email with no explanation. I'd rather drive to Little Rock than visit this branch again.

My husband and I went by to sign the paperwork to open our accounts and were told it would either be an hour and a half wait or we could schedule an appointment for tomorrow to do it.
