Austin Brothers offered a prompt and accurate diagnosis of a brake issue with our 2011 Buick Lucerne. They recommended (and we accepted) their offer to replace brake pads on all four wheels for about $420.
A welcome report, since a previous diagnosis based on the same initial report (done a few days ago by another repair shop in Conway) recommended replacing all four wheel bearings at a cost of $1600. I confess I let those devils talk me into replacing the front (only) wheel bearings at a cost of $900+. Viewed with 20/20 hindsight, that was an entirely bogus transaction.
Moral of the story -- when dubious, seek a second opinion. And thank goodness for Austin Brothers!.

Used to think highly of place. Always took a while to get things done but they did good work. Recently my wife brought car in cause brakes were vibrating. They said she needed new rotors without test driving so 700 plus dollars later the brakes sounded awful. Brought it back got rid of squealing but they still vibrate like they did. Also after tire rotation we noticed lug nuts missing. Including the anti-theft ones. They did replace them but we have to buy new ant theft ones. Just not the same place and service. I bought tires from them and no matter how early I get there they always tell me at least it will be at least 2 hours before they can look at it. So I have to pay someone else to do tire rotation and oil change. Anyway. I'm not going back.

April 9th tool car in for Alignment, rotate/balance tires and oil change. (I currently live near Nashville, TN).
I was told could pick up car next day.
Wednesday rolls around and I've heard nothing, I call and was told a part was needed. We agreed, I waited. Thursday I called and was told part hadn't arrived they would check. I never heard back so I called 2 hours later. Was told by the same person that part was delivered that morning, but some how, a car got slipped in ahead of mine and mine would be ready now on Friday morning. So now I've extended my stay 3 days.
Go in to pick up car. Ask to speak with manager/owner.
Young guy says he's the manager. I asked what they were going to do to compensate me for extra 3 days I'd waited. Explained how after calls I made I was bold-face lied to. Was told nit getting any kind of discount, never got an apology. All he wanted to do was go to another room and talk about.
I've been a customer of Conway Austin Brothers for several years. Since the chain of command has changed, so has Customer Service, attitude and being helpful.
I was so disrespected that week. Years of service to them meant nothing.
I'll never drive from Tennessee again and have business with this company.
If I'm willing to travel that far, it tells you I had faith.
Not any longer.
My car has been in shop twice here in Tennessee since the work done in April, to fix Austin Brothers problems.
Never again will I spend a dime with your company or recommend you.

Austin Brothers had my car for two days. They exhausted all possibilities to fix my car, but couldn’t. They did not charge me anything for labor!!! These people are so nice and honest! They will be servicing my vehicle for sure!!

I have visited Austin Brothers three times in the past two weeks for various issues that keep arising with my vehicle - none of which were their fault, just a wave of bad luck. Each time I came in, they were able to get me in same day, complete the repair, and best of all, they were incredibly affordable each time! The customer service here is exemplary and you are treated with kindness and respect. By far the best automotive shop I have ever visited. They have my business for life.

Mechanic work is good but customer service is lacking cause the office and techs dont have good communication skills. Should keep a better eye on the customer lounge cause they forget that you are there.

I came back again! I received a quote for my brakes (front and rear plus 2 rotors) from meineke (however you spell it) for $1100. I thankfully left and came here to Austin brothers. They very quickly completed the repair for $625 -

Showed up short notice to get a tire plugged and they got me in and out in 15 minutes! I've used them many of times over the years and I've always had an extremely professional visit through the tire shop. Highly recommend them!

I used Austin Brothers for the first time recently to have a set of tires installed. They ordered the tires on the one day, and installed them the next day in about an hour. The experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this business. The price quoted was half the price quoted by the dealership, and the customer service was top notch.
