My ARcare Conway experience has been awful. Today they cancelled my appointment for the 2nd time in a row because the doctor is sick. No phone call today, they just let me show up and then told me it was cancelled. If you take medication such às Wellbutrin, they will make you schedule a separate appointment with their 'mental health team' and charge your insurance for 2 different appointments. This is a bare bones, state run clinic and it is highly disorganized and cantankerous. Save yourself a big hassle and go to any other clinic. The front desk employees do not even look up from their phones and you have to walk around and knock on the window. Absolutely clueless, these space cadets.

Do not go here! They do not care about you or you're health they only care about the paycheck they couldn't even inform me my doctor wasn't going to be in the office and then they gave me the wrong appointment date for my liver ultrasound they need to be shut down

An awesome option, for which patients can get some FREE medical tests and even get paid to participate! I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it.

Run away fast!! This place and these people could care less about your health. I went 9 days without my meds which put me in a very dangerous situation. They could easily kill you with their inability to do their job. Run away.

Rude front desk workers. Drove there for an appointment at 4, and had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room just to find out they couldn’t do my bloodwork. Don’t go here they will waste your time.

Not a very good place to go they don't call for appointment they haven't draw blood from me in 2 years this place needs to be shut down every time I have a problem the damn doctor sends me the Little Rock never in Conway and they discriminate then they send me to the emergency room for nothing that cost me $100 and $10 to catch a cab back to pick up my car

Beth is great but I've had to switch to a different doctor's office just because of the front office staff. Can't get anyone to answer the phone and if you do get them to answer they act as though you're bothering them. I've even had my pharmacy call me and tell me they couldn't get an answer from them.

Beth and Scarlet r great, but the front desk people r absolutely horrible. For the past 2 months I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, maumele clinic has been making all my spots for Conway, and the front desk at Conway r rude and mumble under the breath anytime I speak to them. Awful!

Negative 5 stars! The waiting is insane, here's a thought don't schedule an appointment if there isn't enough time to be seen!! And don't catch an attitude when I simply ensure that I've been checked in! I only check bc I've been waiting over an hour. Terrible front desk staff. Will not return, I've had enough of this poor pt care.

Beth and Scarlet are the best nurse practitioners . I’ve been seeing Beth for close to ten years, and I refuse to see anyone else for my primary care. Now for these front desk/ reception people. They are the worst. Very rude and sometimes down right hateful. Most of the time the phone rings until someone in Maumelle picks up. They can’t help me if I am needing to be seen in Conway. A least they haven’t. Bottom line. If it wasn’t for Beth, I would go somewhere else.

My son was placed with this doctors office thru arkids. He has abdominal hernias that needs surgery. I took him to his doctor for a referral two weeks ago and they still haven't sent it today. I called them today to try n get it sent out, they said they'd send another note to the referral department. So far terrible experience. I'm also to the point to saying I wouldn't bring my dog to this clinic.

They never answer the phone so you either have to physically show up to get an appointment or be the first caller of the day or else you will never speak to anyone. I went in for a back injury and was prescribed anti biotic pills and an anti fungal cream, proving their doctor does not listen to the actual issues your having or that they called in the wrong prescriptions, either way I will never use them again. Id sooner use a walk in clinic.

When you medication says stop taking and contact your doctor immediately if you experience ...... this place wants you to keep taking it. She also said it works immediately but every medical journal says it takes 2-3 weeks. She said I had been on one medication for a year and it was just given to me last week. How can you be wrong about everything???? I have heard great things about ARCare and I had a good experience with them in Little Rock. Wish I would of read Conway’s reviews before I made an appointment with them.
