We had our son’s birthday party today 3/23/24. This is our second year to do it. I wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to our party host, Tristen!!! He was AMAZING with our son and so helpful throughout our time there. He made everything easy and offered to help unload and load our party items/gifts to and from the car. We appreciate the care and attention he showed our son. Thank you, Tristen!

We always love coming to Action Jacks! Brought 3 teens to play laser tag the Friday of Spring Break. It was BUSY but everything seemed to be running very smoothly. Tristen got our group checked in quickly and helped us get new waivers signed. The kids like the laser tag here more than the other place in town, and they have a $20 unlimited laser tag special on Fridays. Will ALWAYS recommend Action Jacks for a fun afternoon.

This place is so much fun for kids! All staff was great, especially Zeph working with the prizes! She had so much patience with our rambunctious boys!

We took our boys here for what we thought would be a day of fun. Neatless to say after loading their arcade cards and spending $100 , ten minutes later they were already out of credits ? they were bummed so we put even more money on there and again it was gone in minutes. They offered no kind of deals. It was just a big rip off and burnt a hole in our pockets. We went ahead and ordered a pizza and fried pickles. The girl did not give us any plates. We had to eat on napkins and the pickles were super soggy. We ended up just leaving and going to the urban air trampoline park. Way cheaper and the kids had a ton more fun there. We will not be back to action jacks. Biggest rip offs I've ever seen.

I wish I could give ten stars ! I booked a party for my nephews 11th birthday and it was amazing! Taylor (the young lady in the picture attached with my nephew ) was amazing ! I knew it said we would have a host, but this girl went above and beyond for us! She took pictures, served us our cake, treated the kids like they were her family and did it with a smile the entire time! If you book a party ask for Taylor I promise she makes sure the adults can enjoy the party too stress free!

We've been here twice so far. First time, it was just my child and a friend and they had a blast.My child wanted to go here for their birthday. We didn't do a birthday package because it was just 6/7 kids. I just paid for laser tag and arcade games for the kids.They had a blast. The only problem that I ran into was that they put us on a wait list to get into the laser tag and then the employees swapped out. The 2nd employee didn't realize we were waiting and we ended up having to wait for a really long time.

Had my 6 year olds birthday party here, and couldn’t recommend it more! Aven was our host, and she did a spectacular job with interacting with the kids, making sure everyone had food/drinks, and even wrangled up the kiddos when it was time for food/presents. She made it to where I was able to enjoy my daughters party without the stress. Thank you, Aven!We’ve been here many times before, and have always loved it! Great place for the family, date night, and even work outings! There really is so much to do for all ages. Especially now that they added the bar and axe throwing!

The only good thing about this place is the laser tag six dollars for a pretzel that isn't even the size of your hand. That's a little bit high priced the games don't work half the time. The escape room only has two small rooms not really exciting. I think it's a waste of money.

Had always had a great time with the family. Came on Black Friday and was not busy but they were letting laser tag groups go with like 5 people. So had to wait of 20 min to play a game and then sit another 20 min to play another. Will have to try new place in Conway for laser tag next time.!!!

We had our 5 year old’s bday party at Action Jacks. There was something for everyone - no matter their age. The littles had fun with arcade games, laser tag kept the older kids busy, and I even caught a few of our adult friends at the Safari Bar! The staff at Action Jacks really made the magic happen for our big group and birthday boy. Ashlyn, you were my life saver today, I don’t know how I would have managed our large group without you as our host. Thank you for paying attention to the minor details and providing the highest quality of customer service our family has experienced in a party host. Thank you all for making my kiddo’s day SO special!
