Owner of the store was extremely rude and couldn’t answer a simple question without catching an attitude. Sir with glasses was extremely hostile and seemed to be having a bad day by the way he was responding to his customers. Constant eye rolls from both the gentleman and lady that were working there today.

This is one of the worst if not the worst insurance agencies I have ever dealt with. They will not give you coverage if you buy a vehicle even if you have coverage with them, they will tell you to bring all of your paperwork from the dealership to their office. How can you drive from the dealership to Action insurance without any coverage? I had to call progressive directly to do their job for them, they verified coverage while at the dealership and didn't even have to go there, I would just deal with Progressive direct instead of paying Action a premium to have an agent when they won't even do their small part.

Black lady inside is rude and stuck up, always has been. Wish she had more respect for customers. Roll eyes and sarcastic tone is the energy she gives off is all I've ever experienced from her. Also cancelled my insurance the same month I paid

Rude lady to the right when you walk in the door. It would pay to be clear with customers about what insurance they are getting and the details of such. They give ZERO information and then belittle you and make you feel ignorant for not knowing. I don't know who else did not go to insurance school but it's not my job to know, it's your job to teach. Went from 5 stars and suggesting this location to others to one star and a big "STAY AWAY"

The Lady that assisted me at action insurance was very helpful and extremely polite. The were very responsive with my quote and I was happy with the price they offered me.

Claimed I couldn't get car insurance w/ my partner for some reason unless I owned his car and he owned my car. Never have I ever had this issue with any other insurance company ever.
