I came to Clarksville for a Quick trip, and was having Technical issues w/my phone 2 days before leaving for VA..
I was so lucky to find the Verizon Store in Town and was able to get a new S24 Ultra,, It was actually the last one they had.. My work is all international and not having a working phone as we all know is beyond Aggravating,,, Lucky Enough Da'Vante & K'Rai were amazingly helpful, patient and understanding,, they took the time to transfer my data and make sure that I was 100% set before I left the store,,, Da'Vante even reviewed my current plan and was able to lower my bill by $22... This is Huge savings for cell phone bills these days !!!
Great Store, Great Team & Great Guys !!

Overall a terrible experience I was there trying to switch to Verizon but the first trip I was there maybe 3 hours and the computers kept freezing up returned the next day and had an appointment but still I was waiting maybe half an hour and decided that if this is the service ì can expect I should probably not switch

What a ride it was. Patience, perseverance & a staff that's great under pressure. Very attentive & helpful Tuesday staff. Stretching their employees. A third person is needed. ?

I went back to my prepaid service because of the prices. Lost money there dealing with humans. Better dealing with the computer support and straight forward service. Still using the phone I had before I went.
