I went to the southern bay automatic wash. Paid for the ultimate wash. Pulled forward. The bottom blaster worked, but the sensor that makes sure your car is in position didn't work. THE POSTED PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. SO I was ripped off. $12 for just a undercarriage wash.

It never works completely! The top sprayer didn't swivel, so the front and back did not get touched. The hoses were leaking at the wall, and the foam did not cover the vehicle. Waste of $12.

Swiped my card at the vacuum, charged me $10. No way to shut the vacuum off

After swiping my card the machine only gave me 4 mins to wash my whole car. In the middle of washing it ran out of time with soap all over the car still. Then it wouldn’t take my card when I tried to swipe again so I had to scrounge up as many quarters as I could from my car to finish washing off the soap. Half of the features didn’t work at the car wash or were just out of the cleaner it was supposed to have.It was at least clean.
