Unfriendly and dishonest experience. They never really made me feel welcome and acted like I was inconveniencing them the entire time. I really just needed a health certificate, which is just a piece of paper saying that my cat had her rabies vaccination and microchip, information I brought in with me to help make filling out the paperwork as smooth as possible. They told me I should bring my cat in so they can see her, which wasn’t necessary for the paperwork because she sees another vet but I agreed that it seemed like the right decision. I brought up concerns and questions about my cats skin sensitivities in the hopes I could get a second vets opinion, but the vet was super dismissive, never addressed my concerns and rushed me out of the room and only told me her weight, which I already knew when I brought her in, so I’m a little bit frustrated that I paid $45 for them to really just put her on a scale and ignore my questions (I also never got a chance to discuss advice and guidance for my pet’s travel). I brought in the printed certificate myself, all of her documentation as well, and as they were taking my card the receptionist added that it would be over $300 for the certificate, making it sound like that was the USDA’s fee. When I brought up that the USDA only charged $48 for endorsement she started to get really dodgy and I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of. Obviously, I expected to pay for time and services but when I asked for her to lay out the fees she wouldn’t give me a solid answer besides lamenting how difficult it would be to fill it out which is when I started to feel like something was off about the whole thing. The paperwork is really quite simple, I could have filled it out myself in 15 minutes sitting in the waiting room - detailed instructions are available online, and I had already brought in the information they would need. She also wouldn’t agree to fill out the certificate and let me handle shipping it to USDA myself (no reason she couldn’t - USDA has shipping instructions online). I tried to be as helpful as I could be to assist in the process, but in the end I just didn’t feel comfortable working with them, and most importantly I didn’t feel at all like they cared about my pet’s heath and wellbeing. The vet was dismissive, and the receptionist was oddly confrontational. Over the phone, they said it would be no big deal and I could come in any time to take care of it, but once I got there they suddenly acted like they just didn’t want to do it, leaving me in an enormously stressful predicament. I would not feel comfortable doing business with them again.

Clean, Professional and reasonably priced. Everyone is friendly and smiling at this place. We've been going here for at least 10 year's. Our pet's love the people here. We love how compassionate, and caring they are for all our furbabies.

Dr. Parker and his staff are elite. We raise dachshunds and they all feel comfortable with Dr. Parker. Normally dachshunds don't do well in stressful situations, like a vet visit.

Our Murphy (dog) was bitten by a snake Thursday evening. We are from out of town and on vacation north of Clarksville but Dr. Forst met us after hours at 9:30pm and took great care of our pup. Murphy is fine now thanks to Dr. Forst and the rest of the Parker team. We would definitely return to Parker if we lived near Clarksville.

Dr parker is the best vet that I've ever had. He's very caring and considerate of the needs of your pet he listens to you about your concerns and helps you understand his diagnosis. His staff are very sweet and try very hard to get you squeezed in as soon as possible on the same day. They are very organized and very clean office very professional he may cost a bit more than the others in the area but it's worth the few extra dollars you will pay it's worth it. I will not take my furry family members anywhere else Dr parker is an awesome vet

We had to have our 12 + year old chocolate lab euthanized last week. Hardest thing ever to do. Decided with cremation, and these guys and gals were the best we could ever ask for! ? Beautiful cremation box, with an engraved nameplate. His death certificate, and a copy of The Rainbow Bridge poem. We will definitely be using y'all in the very near future! Thank you so much for caring❤️

We went in with an emergency snake bite. They were prompt, understanding, kind and so very helpful. This place was amazing and I wish we had places like them in Florida.
