Do not take ur animals here. The staff are extremely rude. I was turned away three times by the lady at the desk. She always found some excuse not to call the doctor. My animal suffered. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend

Dedicated people to their job and willing to go the extra mile.Took my cat in for a vaccine shot and they found an even more pressing issue that required surgery as well as having her stay over the weekend to make sure she was going to be fine and on top of giving me updates on how she was doing.

They are amazing here,they took care of us when we had to put our beautiful pepper down at 15 and yesterday they helped with our cat getting spayed. They took great care of our Karen and we will continue to drive the distance for them. Very very happy.

I took my female cat to get spade they never gave her a bath before her surgery.The other veterinarian's always gave my cats a bath before a surgery.

This is the worst vet I have ever been to in my life!!! Brought my very sick dog in on Saturday for them to dismiss her hacking and coughing as “she must’ve eaten something bad”. She was an older female Doberman pinscher. (7 years 10 mo) which are predisposed to heart trouble. They were quick to do a heart worm test give us a bunch of medication and send us on our way!! It’s easy to see Dr Jones does not care about your animal! He will brush you off and send you on your way without explaining anything so fast. Every single time we have gone to him for either of our dobies we basically had to fish answers out of him. If they would’ve cared and looked a little deeper and actually performed the necessary tests like an X ray and a blood panel (what they should’ve done for a dog her age with those issues) she may have lived. Instead her conditions worsened on Sunday. We took her back AGAIN Monday because by that point she was suffocating and struggling to breathe due to heart failure. They finally did the tests (too little too late) measured her abdomen which was full of fluid at that point and fed me more meds and a empty promise that “IF she makes it, she may have more time” ect. She had blood dripping out of her mouth and was panting uncontrollably, gums were pale and blueish!!So I paid that ridiculous vet bill again only toget her home and her die an hour later..This vet is a joke, the office is disgusting and the staff are rude and the most uncaring people!She was more than a dog, more like a child. I hope this place gets shut down!
