Very polite and straightforward dealing with Alissa Lea who was very quick to respond to my questions via email and text. No vehicle extras added, the advertised price is what I paid, very refreshing during these times of unnecessary and expensive dealer add-ons. Appreciate the ride from FT Smith airport too, very accommodating. Really nice hometown dealership!

Allisa and Kody and the other sales people at Hug Chevrolet have been great to work with, especially allowing me to wait two weeks after buying this car to pick it up when I was ready to. Allisa went over many of the functions of the car and helped me and my wife set up the Chevrolet apps on our cell phones. This is the seventh new car we have purchased from Hug Chevrolet (one Silverado, two Malibus, to Camaros, and two Corvettes) and they have always been very good to work with, including working with their service department under service manager Jim Sargent, who has really helped us out several times.

Service department is first class, very nice waiting area and restrooms coffee bar for customers. I would recommend you try Hug Chevrolet if you are unhappy with your service department.

My wife had a flat tire at work, and I was about to leave for Ft. Smith. I took the wheel off, put it in the back of my truck and dropped it off at Hug while I ran my errands. Even though they were busy, they fixed the tire in a timely manner and had it ready for me to pick up when I came back through town. They did an excellent job and did not scratch my wheel up, which is important to me! I'll definitely check with Hug for my new tires that I'll be needing soon!
