“Great service and great people!We had an alternator go out on day two of our trip home after visiting family. Fortunately, O'Reilly's had the part in stock and referred us to Gonzalez Auto to have it replaced. After hearing our story (trying to get our family home and in time for me to go back to work), they squeezed us into their morning schedule and had us back on the road in just a couple of hours (with a new alternator and battery and ready to go).They were very kind and treated us wonderfully while we waited. “Horrible Sound from Front End, Expecting the WorstA horrible grinding sound in the front end of my 2004 Toyota Sequoia with 375,656 miles on her had me call the guys over at John's Auto Center. I have to admit, I was expecting the worst of news. They put it up on the rack tore the front end down to check for where that horrible sound was coming from and the diagnosis was a rotor and brakes. They went far beyond Rotor and brakes to make sure nothing else was wrong.I told them to go ahead and fix the issue. I actually already knew how much it was going to cost, because John's Auto Center always provides a quote before starting work. After giving them the permission to start, just for fun, I called around town to ask other places how much they would charge for the same work. John's Auto Center was saved me at least 25% - 35% over every other quote.I just received my baby back. not only is she purring like a kitten again, she drove like a brand new SUV.Will I go back to John's Auto Center, you better believe it. These guys have been in business in the same place for well over 50 years and they are just getting better. Do I recommend John's Auto Center, absolutely.”
