We teach both kids and adults, starting at the age of 4 years old. Our program starts out with our basic fundamental curriculum, which is perfect for beginners. Martial Arts training gets adults and kids in the best shape of their life, while learning valuable self-defense skills. It also helps relieve stress in adults and frustration in children.
