I had a disappointing experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. When I brought in my vehicle for a flat tire, they immediately pushed for me to buy two new tires, despite my belief that my current ones were still good. They also couldn't repair the flat tire, citing a "spine flat" issue without offering any alternatives. This raised serious concerns about their trustworthiness and customer care. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and skeptical. I recommend seeking a second opinion before accepting their recommendations, as the value of honest service seems lacking here.

Not only did they do what I needed done they did a complete check of all my tires and systems and recommended what needs addressed. Meaning my 60,000 miles are coming up and they put out on paper what needs to be done. That makes me very comfortable knowing they mean complete auto care. Very satisfied.

They confirmed 8am appt on Sunday. I got there at 7:58 and nobody was there. I called customer center, and he told me they won’t open till 9am. He told me to go back at 9am and they will take care of my car first at 9am. I dropped off my car at 9am then went back the store at 10:40. THEY HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING!!

Stopped at the Bentonville Firestone location as it's just under a mile from our house. Wanting to buy a battery for my car. Got was rude ale refused sarong they only sell them if they install them.
Called the Centerton location. Professional service. Understood my car was sitting in my driveway with the hood up. Didn't charge installation fee. Centerton you'll have our business from now on.

I normally do not give reviews, but today I am. Do not waste your time at the Firestone in Centerton AR.!!!! They wasted my time, gave me false information, they will just do the same to you!! Go somewhere else you will be better off for it. I know I will never go back again.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I took my vehicle to have a flat tire repair done. I had a screw in the middle of my tire. I was told there was “No way they could patch it due to sidewall damage.” The only tire they had in stock that fit my vehicle would cost $245 to install. I took my vehicle to Walmart the next morning because they had an in stock tire for $119 if it actually had to be replaced. Magically Walmart auto didn’t see any sidewall damage and repaired the flat for free with my Walmart + account.

Couldn't even get an alignment right. Took our vehicle to another Firestone and they fixed it correctly and got the alignment right. Not to mention they chipped the driver's side window and tried to say they didn't do it which is complete be as it wasn't this way when we took it in. Also left the doors unlocked and didn't even shut the door all the way and it drained the battery and the car had to be jump started.

0 stars. My car drove straighter than it did before "alignments" here. I replaced ball joints, upper arm, tie rod ends etc, I marked every adjuster with paint pen then set it back after install. Drove mostly straight 20 mins to firestone. 3 hours later they gave me a printout for a different car, and I called em out on that. 20 mins later they couldn't produce me one, had them put it on the rack show me, and it wasnt good on camber/caster driver wheel. I said I'll bring it back after I installed sum camber/caster bolts to help with it. A separate day/appt and 4 hours later it drives hard right off the road at 30. Got keys back right when they closed, with of course no printout cuz "the printer is broke". Believing them I left. Car is undrivable and I had to make it home to wake up at 3am for work. I have waisted 7hrs of my life in there waiting room for this "alignment"
