Went there for the first time to buy a replacement bulb for my Dodge charger. The person at the counter was very friendly and searched for the part and gave me the right bulb. I went to a body shop and have it replaced and it worked fine. AutoZone guy didn’t want to replace as it’s HID bulb. It’s about $20 costly than the price listed in Amazon for the same part, but worth to get it right away instead of waiting for shipping.
Same part was not available in Pierelli auto parts.

Called to inquire about a battery, and asked if they would install. The guy that answered couldn't have been more disinterested. Told him my vehicle info and couldn't even tell me if they had the battery.

I went in today around 6pm to go ask a guy with glasses if they do car battery installation but his response was so rude.
Me: hello do you guys do battery installation
Worker: yes we do
Me: is it possible for you to do one right now for my car?
Worker: I would but it’s like 17 degrees outside
Me: so is that a no?
Worker: I rather not.
I left and went to O Riley’s down the road which the guy did it under 10 minutes!
I get it, it was cold and everything but like come on, it’s what they sign up to do for when applying or even considering to work at a store like that. Definitely just drive down the road for 5 mins to O Riley’s !

Several nice employees but not so much in management. Bought a battery and 3 alternators and all went bad the second day I bought them. When I voiced my complaint having to have changed the alternator s out personally finally wanting my money back, each time doing all the labor they were annoyed that I pointed out the fact that that many electrical parts fail causing a tremendous amount of time, they flat told me to complain to corporate and didn’t care at all. I have cancer and money was tight and asked for a I little consideration and he just turned his nose up and didn’t show one ioda of concern about the bad products. There’s more, his rude behavior and lack of concern. Do not buy electrical parts from this company. I later went to Oteilys and purchased one which is working perfectly. So…. Corporate, teach you employees to show a little regret and sympathy to your customers who keep buying your faulty products and installing them, struggling to make them work

I sent my wife there to get a code reset. The guy working said they can't do that but she could go down the road to Firestone and they will do it for $20. I literally got it reset the week before at the same place. I guess they just don't do it for women.

Will go miles out of my way to do business at this location. Hands down the best customer service I’ve had at an automotive supply store, this is coming from someone who’s a frequent customer of all the different chains & frequently visits different locations for the parts I need. Every employee there deserves a raise.

The people behind the counter here are very knowledgeable and ready to help you. This isn't the case at every AutoZone, but this store in particular has some great employees. They answered my questions without judgement as well as helped empower me make to make the right selection for parts and tools needed to do the job.
