“Michael was my contact at the KAR Shop. When I say this man went above and beyond in service, transparency, communication, quality of work and reassurance, I mean it. I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. I took my 2018 GMC Sierra to a different shop and they tried to charge me 14k for a new engine, I got a second opinion at the KAR Shop and all it needed was a new radiator and water pump savings me 13 thousand dollars. Now my truck drives better than ever
Additionally, my 1997 Land Cruiser needed some love and I had a significant amount of mechanical and engine work and Michael and his team were able to get me all fixed up and they saved me money by finding different work-arounds.

“The NICEST people ever! I was stranded at a gas station when my car broke down and was trying to figure out where to have it towed. I called this shop to ask about batteries (thinking I could walk down there) hoping maybe that was the issue, and Heath drove out to meet me and give me a jump. After the car started, they found a battery for me and got me up and running again! I am so incredibly thankful for the generosity and help today! 10/10!”
