“Having an item in stock and refusing to sell it to someone who isn’t in their “club” feels a lot like discrimination. When I call and they tell me they have something in stock, I drive there and they tell me they won’t sell it to me because I’m not allocated a bottle; that doesn’t sit well with me. Then they said I can join the club, but I still wouldn’t be able to purchase what I came for. Cool system. Guess I won’t be giving Macadoodles or their sister stores anymore money.Update: changing from 1 to 5 stars due to the fact that this is the first time a review has made a difference for me. Still unable to buy what I was in for originally but they at least tried to rectify by allowing me to purchase another unique bottle. You have regained my business. Thank you.”

“I don't drink alcohol but during a recent heat wave, I was taking my usual walk and I suddenly became overheated. The female employee was so very nice and caring and I feel bad that I didn't get her name because she is definitely an asset to her employer. It was around 10 am and it would have been the 1st few days of July when we were having those 100 degree days. Thank you for letting me cool down (I'm a 59 year old female) and for the advice. I appreciate you.”
“This is probably the friendliest and most knowledgeable liquor store around! Great selection of beer, liquor, wine, and cigars. If you are looking for something new or different to try, check out their tasting bar. They also offer a drive thru if you don't want to get out of the car. When I am in the Northwest Arkansas area, I stop here for anything I need regarding booze or cigars that I can't find at home. They even carry some small batch bourbons that you typically don't come across which is neat.”
“Selection and service was great. The parking lot is terrible the entrance is at an angle, and some folks just can't seem to make the turn and stay on their side. So, use caution when entering and exiting.”

“I just want to give a HUGE shout out to the red head girl, whether she's at drive thru or up front, I've seen her at both, she always says "welcome to county line". She always smiles and is so friendly and makes me feel welcome and glad I came. The other employees should take note. They act miserable and aren't friendly or smile like she does. I will look for her each time I come in and if I can't see her I'd rather leave honestly than feel like an inconvenience to other stuck up employees.”

“THIS STORE IS CLOSE TO HOME FOR ME, my family on the same property since 1919... It is under new ownership and the owners are GREAT and they've updated the property with better lighting for security and the gas price is reasonable... I do have issues with a couple of the clerks and i'm not sure what it is that causes that but its getting old... One of the girls seems to be mad all the time and the other doesn't know her job as a convenience store clerk... FYi one would think for the prices and profits these such stores make THEIR People could raise the bar a little instead of just leaning against it.. Business is business and that's what this review is business... I'd be happy to edit it or remove it later but as long as the issues persist so will this review... Thanks”

The guy asked if I needed any help and told him I was looking for a beer from Alaska. He's like we don't carry it but if I wanted to buy a case or 2 he would see if he could order it. “If you like the exceptional selection and service at Guess Who, but you don't like the location, then you will love Mac's Wine, Spirits and Beer. This is a smaller store, with the same calm atmosphere and friendly employees. I was on a time crunch, so I didn't get to wander the aisles as much as I would have wanted to, but what I came to get was easy to find, and there was a great selection. When I went to check out I was helped quickly and the gentleman ringing me up was very efficient and had a warm demeanor. I will definitely be coming back because it is a lot less stressful getting in and out of this location.”

“I don't know what the negative reviewers are complaining about. I shop here fairly frequently. They have a selection that you can't find at places in Fayetteville. No one there has ever been rude to me. I don't expect anybody to kiss my butt but they've always done their job and have behaved in what I'd consider to be every bit as much of a professional manner as any other liquor store I've been into. And they're open on Sunday evenings. Get over it.”
