“I went into Arrowhead today. All the guys were helpful, but especially Layth Lane. He didn't have what I needed, but looked for it and we talked throughout the shop. He recommended a place that helped me and personally called them and told them I was coming. Layth was very personable and just an overall great guy!!! He talked with us for about a half of an hour. He really cares about people and has good quality products. I learned a lot from him. I will do business with Arrowhead in the future!! They are honest, fair, helpful and VERY friendly!! Thanks, Arrowhead!! Total thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!”

“Jamie gave me great information on my delivery and where I could park overnight once I arrived after hours. Darryl and the unload guys were a class act. Helped me fold my tarps and remove all the dumnage. Just a great place to deliver too. I was unloaded in 15 minutes with no wait. All around a top notch facility, well organized professional leadership who hire and train workers to really embrace that same ethos. Hats off to L and W supply in Roger’s Arkansas.”
“The driver dropped off a load of lumber for the new construction next door. He was there before 7am and noticed I let my dog out. He made a second delivery at 2pm and knocked on the door. He wanted to apologize in case he woke me during his first trip. What?! Who does that?! That's amazing! Unbelievably condiderate and kind. Thanks for exemplifying such excellent customer service!”

“purchased a washer dryer set almost a month ago the end of 2021. received the wrong set. have spoken to Mike R & Mike Rutledge, the manager, Jared-he tried- & Austin without any help. I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. Highly disappointing & feeling stuck. hHow do I trust they'll refund my money in a timely manner? since getting the correct product seems to be too difficult to ask... #homedepot”
“After looking at carpet for our home for nearly a year I stopped by Meek’s in Springdale after seeing a sign for flooring.I spoke with Chris and Steve, to find out what carpet would fit ours needs best. Both were extremely pleasant and helpful .I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I was also able to purchase a higher quality carpet and pad below our budgeted price. This took less than an hour.The carpet arrived earlier than was expected!The installers were wonderful as well!I’m am absolutely thrilled with the carpet and with the service we received.I will be purchasing all of our needs for our home in the future from this store!It was an awesome experience! “Outside carriers need to be in the truck , the yard guys will come and get you , fast unloading as soon as you dock , they just have one ramp though but the unloading doesn’t take a lot of time”
